Please allow up to 7-10 business days for shipping confirmation to be sent.

To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment and/or suite number if applicable.

If package is returned back to sender because of incorrect address, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR A NEW SHIPPING LABEL.

Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package. For any other questions or concerns it should be through them (1-800-275-8777).

Once package is in delivered status by USPS, Mels Sleepwear cannot issue any refunds or ship out new products. Thank you!
